Dan Wagner

CEO
Dan, a lifelong St. Louis resident, has been involved in the construction industry all his life and continues the tradition of excellence at R. V. Wagner, Inc. begun by his father Rich Wagner. Dan has made a positive mark in and around the metro area on literally hundreds of projects and is involved in various charitable organizations including St. Louis Catholic Academy, Good Shepherd Home, Our Little Haven, and St. Louis Priory and Cor Jesu Academy Fathers’ Clubs. Dan graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and earned a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University.

Scott Inserra, P.E.

President
Scott graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia College. He has been employed in the construction industry for over 25 years. Scott’s work history has given him experience from the viewpoint of both the project owner and the contractor, resulting in smooth coordination and timely completion of hundreds of projects. Family and community are important to him and he is very involved with both.

Safety Record and Policies

Our management team diligently works together to ensure that our people are properly trained. We regularly address specific safety issues inherent in the type of work we do. From our monthly safety meetings to job site meetings to toolbox talks, we address pertinent safety issues, specific risks and appropriate remedies. We also diligently outline and train on detailed safety procedures that include not only our own employees but all subcontractors as well.

R.V. Wagner safety standards diligently meet or exceed OSHA requirements and other job specific regulations. We ensure our crews are aware of all applicable safety regulations as well as site-specific conditions and requirements. This commitment allows us to purposefully pursue our goal of allowing our employees to do their jobs and return home at the end of the day safe and secure.
